We provide long-term residential care and specialist residential dementia care for up to 40 residents, plus respite and short-stay breaks. We don't offer nursing care, but our team will gladly help you understand whether Glebe Court is the right home for your loved one.
Yes. We're on Blackheath Rise, close to Lewisham and Blackheath, with Hither Green and Lewisham stations nearby and good links across South East London. There's limited parking in the home's car park, with pay-and-display available on the road.
Of course — Glebe Court is your loved one's home, and families and friends are always welcome. Come in for a cup of tea, join an activity or a celebration, or sit out in the gardens together.
Absolutely. Every bedroom is a private single room with its own en-suite wet room, and we encourage residents to bring familiar furniture, photographs and personal touches to make it feel like home.
Fresh, home-cooked and full of choice, with meals served sociably and snacks and drinks available through the day. We cater for individual tastes and dietary needs, and we'll always listen to what residents would like to see on the menu.
Yes — spiritual wellbeing is part of how we care. We have regular chaplain-led services and celebrate the seasons together, and everyone is warmly welcome whatever their faith or beliefs.
Yes. Whether it's recovery after a hospital stay, a trial of care, or a break for a family carer, respite guests receive exactly the same warm welcome and personalised care as our permanent residents.
