Glebe Court is a warm, welcoming residential and dementia care home on Blackheath Rise in Lewisham, South East London, home to up to 40 residents. Recently refurbished and surrounded by beautiful, thoughtfully designed gardens, every bedroom is a private single room with its own en-suite wet room. Our aim is simple: to fulfil and enrich later life, caring for the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of each person — and recognising the particular needs of residents living with dementia. Residents are treated with dignity, supported to stay as independent as possible, and encouraged to be part of a busy, sociable community where there's always something going on. Alongside long-term residential and dementia care, we welcome respite and short-stay guests.
