Hello and welcome to Tithe Farm in Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire. Here at Tithe Farm, we provide specialist residential, nursing and dementia care in a beautiful Grade II listed country home surrounded by 5 acres of landscaped gardens that provide an idyllic environment for 29 residents.
Should it be you, a friend or your relative that requires support, then know we are here to help and support you to live a fulfilled and happy life. We combine modern facilities and practices with traditional family values to provide your family with the best care, love and support possible. Since 1984, we have provided high-quality care to hundreds of people from our local community in Slough and neighbouring towns, Wexham, Fulmer, Farnham Royal, Farnham Common and the villages of Stoke Green, Manor Park and Britwell.
The true cornerstone of our care philosophy is to treat and welcome every resident as a family member. We strive to ensure that our home, becomes a real home for the residents, their family and their supporters.

Hi! I am the General Manager at Tithe Farm and have been with the home since 2014. I am passionate about creating a lovely home for our lovely residents, and every day we strive to ensure our residents feel and become part of our little family at Tithe Farm.

At Tithe Farm, we are committed to providing the very best level of care and attention. Our care philosophy is based upon 2 key principles:
- to welcome every resident as a family member so that our home becomes a real home for the residents and their family.
- to deliver the highest levels of care to enhance quality-of-life.
The care of our residents is the primary focus of our home. Through our highly qualified nurses and staff, we provide person-centred care. We recognise the uniqueness of each individual and tailor every care package to meet the physical, emotional and social needs, as well as the wishes and preferences of each resident.

Our Care:
Rehab & Convalescent Care
At Tithe Farm, we are here to ensure that you receive the care and support you need to recover and rebuild your independence after you’ve experienced surgery or had a debilitating illness.
We have worked closely with several Local Authority’s and Clinical Commissioning Groups to provide specialist rehab or short-term care packages to those recovering from illness or surgery. We have developed a set of bespoke systems designed to provide high-quality rehab or convalescent care.
Care home with nursing
At Tithe Farm, our residents benefit from a dedicated team of highly qualified and experienced nurses who are available 24/7. Each resident is assessed before admission and bespoke person-centred care plans are created for the individual to cater for all of their needs and wishes. This ensures that every resident is treated as they would want and in accordance to their specific needs and abilities.
Palliative care
Often referred to as End-of-Life, our Palliative care takes a holistic approach to ensure that those with life-limiting illnesses or conditions can live as comfortably as possible and improve their quality of life for the time they have left. We support our residents and their families through this period by ensuring that their physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs are fulfilled.
Respite care
Respite care can be anywhere from a couple of weeks to a couple months depending on the requirements of the individual. Our respite care is available all year and is perfect for anybody who requires post-operative rehabilitation or for a carer to have a holiday.
Most of our respite residents enjoy their stay so much that they decide to return or stay permanently once the initial respite period ends.
Dementia
Dementia is an umbrella term used to describe a group of symptoms associated with a decline in memory or other thinking skills.
At Tithe Farm, we are committed to providing the unique and specialist care that those living with Dementia or Alzheimer’s, in order to maintain a fulfilling, safe and dignified lifestyle. We work within a person-centred framework to provide individuals with the highest standard of care led by a dedicated team of care staff.
