Residential Care

Residential care at Tithe Farm is designed and tailored around the individual to enhance their quality-of-life and promote as much independence as possible.

Our highly skilled and dedicated staff at are always on hand to help assist residents with everyday activities such as washing, dressing or mobility. Should the resident ever require more complex support, there is always an experienced nurse on duty 24/7.

Nursing Care

Tithe Farm employs a dedicated team of highly qualified and experienced nurses who are available 24/7 to the residents.

Each resident is assessed before coming to Tithe Farm and bespoke person-centred care plans are created for the individual to cater for all of their needs and wishes. This ensures that every resident is treated as they would want and in accordance to their specific needs and abilities, offering the best chance for recovery or enhanced quality-of-life.

Dementia Care

Dementia is an umbrella term used to describe a group of symptoms associated with a decline in memory or other thinking skills. It is often a very difficult and emotional for residents and their families.

At Tithe Farm respite care can be anywhere from a couple of weeks to a couple months depending on the requirements of the individual.

Our respite care is available all year and is perfect for anybody who requires post-operative rehabilitation or for a carer to have a holiday.

Most of our respite residents enjoy their stay so much that they decide to stay at Tithe Farm once the respite period ends.
